Sixty chronic renal failure patients who had received hemodialysis for 3 months or longer were interviewed with the Quality of Life Questionnaire and Social Support from Family Scale. The results were that the hemodialysis patients had a lower of quality of life and there was a positive correlation between family support and the patients' quality of life. The results suggest that both the patients' condition and their family background should be estimated so as to improve the quality of life of the chronic renal failure patients who had been received hemodialysis.
对60例接受血液透析3个月或更长时间的慢性肾衰竭患者进行了生活质量问卷调查和家庭社会支持量表调查。结果显示,血液透析患者的生活质量较低,且家庭支持与患者生活质量之间存在正相关。结果表明,应综合评估患者病情及其家庭背景,以提高接受血液透析的慢性肾衰竭患者的生活质量。
