The aim of this study was to estimate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and intratumoral microvessel density (IMVD) in oral squamous cell carcinoma(SCC).
A total of 60 cases of oral squamous carcinoma were immunohistochemically stained with a SP method by using monoclonal antibodies of VEGF and CD34.
There was no significant difference in the expression of VEGF in different TNM stages and lymphe node metastases of oral squamous cell carcinoma. The expression of VEGF showed no relation with pathologic grades, but IMVD expression differed significantly in SCC. The carcinoma in grade I and IV of IMVD differed significantly in expression of VEGF.
It indicates the change of IMVD may resulted from the change of VEGF in oral SCC.
本研究旨在评估血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达及口腔鳞状细胞癌(SCC)瘤内微血管密度(IMVD)。
采用VEGF和CD34单克隆抗体,运用SP法对60例口腔鳞状细胞癌进行免疫组织化学染色。
口腔鳞状细胞癌不同TNM分期及淋巴结转移中VEGF表达无显著差异。VEGF表达与病理分级无关,但SCC中IMVD表达差异显著。IMVDⅠ级和Ⅳ级癌中VEGF表达差异显著。
表明口腔SCC中IMVD的变化可能由VEGF的变化引起。
