The original purpose of this survey was to obtain sufficient salary information on residency programs to assist us in evaluating our residents' annual stipend. The data reported are intended to assist other hospital pharmacists and administrators in their efforts to maintain a fair and equitable stipend for residents in hospital pharmacy.
