[Effect of attenuated Listeria monocytogenes cultures on the development of a sarcoma graft, mouse mammary epitheliomas and a dog carcinoma].

Abstract
The injection of attenuated Listeria monocytogenes culture together with BP8 sarcoma cells into C3H mice prevented the taking of the graft. Moreover, the intratumoral injection of attenuated Listeria doubled the survival time of the animals and, in one case a regression of the tumour was observed. After intratumoral injection, in three out of five mice, the mammary carcinoma disappeared, and the course of a gingival carcinoma in a dog was slowed down.

将减毒的单核细胞增生李斯特菌培养物与BP8肉瘤细胞一起注射到C3H小鼠体内可防止移植瘤的形成。此外，瘤内注射减毒李斯特菌使动物的存活时间延长了一倍，并且在一个病例中观察到肿瘤出现消退。瘤内注射后，五只小鼠中有三只的乳腺癌消失，一只犬牙龈癌的病程也有所减缓。
