A case with orbital dermoid adherent to a tooth in the frontal bone is discussed. The X-ray exam showed dental abnormalities in the same patient. Because of the presence of true bone we considered the correct diagnosis is orbital teratoma.
讨论了一例眼眶皮样囊肿附着于额骨牙齿的病例。X线检查显示同一患者存在牙齿异常。由于存在真性骨组织，我们认为正确的诊断是眼眶畸胎瘤。
