A variety of aryl-indandiones were tested in rats and mice with the aim of separating the antiinflammatory activity from anticoagulant and ulcerogenic activity. Previously reported antiinflammatory activity was confirmed. All compounds also inhibit blood coagulation. However, compounds (II) and (IV) did not show ulcerogenic activity.
为了将抗炎活性与抗凝血和致溃疡活性区分开来，在大鼠和小鼠身上对多种芳基茚满二酮进行了测试。先前报道的抗炎活性得到了证实。所有化合物也都抑制血液凝固。然而，化合物（II）和（IV）没有表现出致溃疡活性。
