To evaluate the therapeutic effects of fresh amniotic membrane transplantation for ocular surface disorders (OSDs).
Fresh amniotic membrane transplantation was performed in 38 cases (52 eyes) of ocular surface diseases, including pterygium, recurrent pterygium, Mooren's ulcer, Viral keratitis, and symblepharon. Follow-up studies ranging from 3 to 12 months were conducted.
No acute graft rejection was observed following the operation in these cases, and no recurrence was found in cases of pterygium and corneal ulcer during the follow-up period. The ocular movement was restored for the eyes with severe symblepharon.
Fresh amniotic membrane can be used as a graft material for ocular surface reconstruction, in which complete removal of the pathological tissues and reliable fixation of the amniotic membrane graft are crucial steps.
评估新鲜羊膜移植治疗眼表疾病（OSDs）的疗效。
对38例（52眼）眼表疾病患者进行新鲜羊膜移植，这些疾病包括翼状胬肉、复发性翼状胬肉、蚕蚀性角膜溃疡、病毒性角膜炎和睑球粘连。进行了3至12个月的随访研究。
这些病例术后未观察到急性移植排斥反应，随访期间翼状胬肉和角膜溃疡病例未发现复发。重度睑球粘连患者的眼球运动得以恢复。
