Patients undergoing hemodialysis, whose radial-cephalic arteriovenous fistulas (RCAVFs) were unsatisfactory because of poor accessibility, were treated by surgical repositioning of the full length of arterialized cephalic vein in the forearm. Marked improvement in accessibility for more than one year was achieved in 15 of 18 delayed venous repositioning operations. This procedure is recommended for improving certain types of inadequate RCAVF.
因血管通路不佳导致桡动脉-头静脉动静脉内瘘（RCAVF）不理想的血液透析患者，通过在前臂将动脉化头静脉全长进行手术重新定位来治疗。在18例延迟静脉重新定位手术中，有15例实现了超过一年的血管通路显著改善。推荐该手术用于改善某些类型的RCAVF功能不全。
