A 46-year-old man was operated on for cholelithiasis with chronic cholecystitis. On gross inspection of the resected gallbladder, a slight thickening in the body wall, in an area measuring about 1 x 0.5 cm, was noted. On light microscopic and immunohistochemical examinations, the lesion was diagnosed to be a rhabdoid tumor. After a thorough review of the literature we failed to find any reference to such a lesion in the gallbladder. This is the first known case report of a rhabdoid tumor of the gallbladder.
一名46岁男性因胆囊结石伴慢性胆囊炎接受手术。在对切除的胆囊进行大体检查时，发现胆囊体壁有一处约1×0.5厘米区域有轻微增厚。经光学显微镜和免疫组织化学检查，该病变被诊断为横纹肌样瘤。在对文献进行全面检索后，我们未找到任何关于胆囊中此类病变的参考文献。这是已知的首例胆囊横纹肌样瘤病例报告。
