A 2-year-old boy with congenital ulnar deviation and flexion deformity of the metacarpophalangeal joints (incidentally associated with ipsilateral metatarsus varus) was treated by surgical centralization of the extensor tendons. The operation improved function. Early splintage in infancy may avoid the need for surgical treatment in many cases.
