Here we present a patient with multiple myeloma course. The first clinical manifestation was superior vena cava syndrome due to a huge sternal plasmocytoma. The patient was treated with a combination of high dose radiotherapy and autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation. We suggest careful evaluation of these patients with respect to aggressive therapy.
在此，我们报告一例患有多发性骨髓瘤病程的患者。首发临床表现为巨大胸骨浆细胞瘤导致的上腔静脉综合征。该患者接受了高剂量放疗和自体外周血干细胞移植联合治疗。我们建议对这些患者进行积极治疗时要谨慎评估。
