Abstract

Efficacy of gel chromatography for purification of extracts from cadaveric material containing beta-adrenoblockers was shown in model tests. Distribution curves and chromatographic features of beta-adrenoblockers obtained on hydrophilic and lipophilic-hydrophilic Sephadex were studied.
