This paper will review the various stimulation protocols that have been attempted to improve results in low responders. Strategies have ranged from simple increasing the dose of exogenous gonadotropins, the use of adjunctive agents such as GnRH analogues and growth hormone, aromatase inhibitors and low dose aspirin. Improvements in overall responsiveness have been shown for some patients. In spite of this fact, the incremental improvement in results have generally been quite small.
本文将回顾为改善低反应者的治疗效果而尝试的各种刺激方案。策略包括简单地增加外源性促性腺激素的剂量、使用辅助药物如GnRH类似物和生长激素、芳香化酶抑制剂以及低剂量阿司匹林。已显示部分患者的总体反应性有所改善。尽管如此，结果的增量改善通常相当小。
