Abstract

22 cases (26 eyes) of keratoconus were performed penetrating keratoplasty and followed up 0.5-5 years. The disease was effectively controlled. The rate of graft transparency was 100%, and the immune rejection rate was 7.7%. Corrected vision was 0.4 or better in 23 cases after the operation. The authors regard keratoplasty the best choice for treatment of keratoconus.

摘要

对22例（26眼）圆锥角膜患者施行穿透性角膜移植术，随访0.5～5年，病情得到有效控制，植片透明率为100%，免疫排斥反应率为7.7%。术后23例矫正视力达0.4及以上。作者认为角膜移植术是治疗圆锥角膜的最佳选择。
