Medical City Dallas Hospital became the first Dallas hospital to partner with the Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity to fully sponsor and construct a new home for purchase by a deserving low-income family. Medical City employees raised $65,000 for materials and donated approximately 2,500 hours, working side-by-side with Jose and Blanca Espinal over 12 consecutive Saturdays to build their future home.
