To investigate the influence of premenopausal hysterectomy on the function of the conserved ovaries.
A retrospective survey was conducted by sending questionnaire to 521 cases of hysterectomized women (with the conservation one or two ovaries) for benign gynecological diseases and 1,600 cases of normal controls (with contact uterus and bilateral ovaries). Age, type of operation, diagnosis and the time of the onset of the menopausal syndrome were asked in the questionnaire.
The mean age of the onset of the hot flush (293 cases) in the hysterectomized group was (44.64 +/- 4.31) years, which was significantly lower than that of the normal group [(46.87 +/- 4.22) years, 197 cases] (P < 0.01). The mean age of the above 293 women undergoing hysterectomized was (42.84 +/- 4.37) years. The range of the operation was positively correlated with the time of the onset of the menopause syndrome. So there was only (1.99 +/- 2.40)-year interval between the hysterectomy and the onset of the hot flush.
Hysterectomy with the conservation of bilateral/unilateral ovaries may have some certain influence on ovarian function.
探讨绝经前子宫切除术对保留卵巢功能的影响。
通过向521例因良性妇科疾病行子宫切除术（保留一侧或双侧卵巢）的女性及1600例正常对照者（有完整子宫及双侧卵巢）发放问卷进行回顾性调查。问卷内容包括年龄、手术类型、诊断及绝经综合征发病时间。
子宫切除组出现潮热症状（293例）的平均年龄为（44.64±4.31）岁，显著低于正常组[（46.87±4.22）岁，197例]（P<0.01）。上述293例行子宫切除术女性的平均年龄为（42.84±4.37）岁。手术范围与绝经综合征发病时间呈正相关。子宫切除术后至出现潮热症状的间隔时间仅为（1.99±2.40）年。
保留双侧/单侧卵巢的子宫切除术可能对卵巢功能有一定影响。
