The comparative assessment of the effectiveness of endovascular regional infusion therapy (ERIT) in the complex of treatment of a hepatic abscess in 16 patients was carried out. In 12 patients, it was performed in combination with surgical intervention, in 4--as an independent method of treatment. In patients with a solitary hepatic abscess, it is expedient to include ERIT into the complex of therapeutic measures in combination with abscess puncture under ultrasound guidance. In presence of multiple abscesses of the liver, ERIT is a method of choice.
对16例肝脓肿患者采用血管内区域灌注疗法（ERIT）进行综合治疗的有效性进行了比较评估。12例患者将其与手术干预联合应用，4例患者将其作为独立治疗方法。对于孤立性肝脓肿患者，将ERIT与超声引导下脓肿穿刺联合应用于综合治疗措施中是适宜的。对于存在多发性肝脓肿的患者，ERIT是首选方法。
