The frequency of selected premenstrual symptoms among 342 Egyptian women were analyzed in relation to demographic and reproductive characteristics. The frequency ranged from 36% for breast pain or tenderness to 66% for premenstrual stomach and back cramps, socioeconomic status, education, age at menarche, breast size, menstrual irregularity, and history of pregnancy are all associated with the premenstrual symptoms.
对342名埃及女性中选定的经前症状出现频率进行了分析,以研究其与人口统计学和生殖特征的关系。出现频率从乳房疼痛或触痛的36%到经前胃痛和背痛的66%不等,社会经济地位、教育程度、初潮年龄、乳房大小、月经不规律以及怀孕史均与经前症状相关。
