Drug-free techniques in the treatment of occupational dermatoses present a major clinical research problem area. The active hyperemia local barotherapy technique was tested as a possible solution to this problem. 52 occupational eczema cases were studied, part of which, in addition to routine drug therapy, were exposed to local barotherapy. The technique was found highly effective with markedly decreased temporary disability of the patients, improved immediate and long-term therapeutic effects, and limited administration of drugs. The technique can be recommended for wide use in clinical practice.
职业性皮肤病治疗中的非药物技术是一个主要的临床研究问题领域。主动充血局部压力疗法技术作为该问题的一种可能解决方案进行了测试。研究了52例职业性湿疹病例，其中部分病例除常规药物治疗外，还接受了局部压力疗法。结果发现该技术非常有效，患者的临时残疾明显减少，即时和长期治疗效果得到改善，药物使用受限。该技术可推荐在临床实践中广泛应用。
