Purtscher's syndrome (traumatic retinal angiopathy, posttraumatic retinopathy) belongs to rare posttraumatic retinopathies. The authors present a case of a bilateral occurrence of this syndrome after a head injury connected with pancreatitis. A 6-months long observation of the patient showed an improvement of the visual acuity from counting fingers to 0.1 and receding of the inflammatory-oedematous changes at the eye fundus; there remained a pallor of the temporal side of the optic discs.
普尔夏综合征（创伤性视网膜血管病变、创伤后视网膜病变）属于罕见的创伤后视网膜病变。作者报告了1例头部受伤合并胰腺炎后双侧发生该综合征的病例。对该患者进行了为期6个月的观察，结果显示其视力从仅能数指提高到了0.1，眼底的炎性水肿变化消退；视盘颞侧仍呈苍白状。
