Six patients were treated by the new method of vocal cord latero-fixation which was the combination of the extra-laryngeal and intra-laryngeal approach. The functional contraindication for this procedure is the anatomic configuration of larynx.
6例患者采用了声带侧方固定新方法进行治疗，该方法是喉外入路与喉内入路相结合。该手术的功能禁忌证是喉部的解剖结构。
