Abstract
A comparative assessment of results of operations was made in 2 groups of patients with abruption of the first finger. An analysis of immediate and long-term results of operations has shown advantages of the method of replantation with heterotopic revascularization of the replanted first finger and reinnervation by means of plasty of the palmar digital nerve.

对两组示指离断患者的手术结果进行了比较评估。对手术的近期和远期结果分析表明，采用异位血管再通的示指再植方法及通过掌侧指神经成形术进行再神经化的方法具有优势。
