Abstract
Between 1970 and 1978, 160 digits in 120 patients were replanted or revascularized. One hundred and nineteen digits survived, and these patients were assessed objectively and subjectively for functional results and their ability to return to work. Providing that strict indications are observed, long term objective and subjective results of digital replantation have proved most valuable from the point of view of the examiner and the patient. The best results were obtained with replantation of the thumb.

1970年至1978年间，120例患者的160个手指进行了再植或血管重建。119个手指存活，对这些患者的功能结果及恢复工作的能力进行了客观和主观评估。只要严格遵守适应证，从检查者和患者的角度来看，手指再植的长期客观和主观结果已证明是非常有价值的。拇指再植获得了最佳效果。
