FMD, angiographically demonstrated as a string of beads is descripted in etiology, manifestation, clinical findings, proceeding and therapy. Nine cases under 500 unselected cerebral angiograms are reported which means 1.8% of all angiograms we have performed. Another hypothesis to etiology is given.
血管造影显示为一串珠子样的纤维肌性发育异常在病因、表现、临床发现、病程及治疗方面进行了描述。报告了在500例未经挑选的脑血管造影中发现的9例病例，占我们所做全部血管造影的1.8%。还给出了关于病因的另一种假说。
