Abstract
The granular cell tumour, a rare benign tumour of the breast, is described. Its appearance is highly suspicious for malignancy on clinical, mammographic and ultrasonographic investigations. Only histological examination of the tumour, which mimics a scirrhous carcinoma, leads to the definite diagnosis.

本文描述了颗粒细胞瘤，一种罕见的乳腺良性肿瘤。在临床、乳腺X线摄影和超声检查中，其表现高度怀疑为恶性。只有对类似硬癌的肿瘤进行组织学检查才能得出明确诊断。
