The paper treats of the results indicating the activation of the hypophysioadrenal system following the stimulation of the central adreno-, cholino-, serotonino- and histamino-sensitive receptors in case of administration of the mediators or their precursors into the third ventricle of the rat brain. At the same time it was shown that depression of catecholamine and serotonin synthesis in the brain after the administration of alpha-methylparatyrosine or parachlorphenylalanine, respectively, and also an exhaustion of the tissue stores of the monoamines in administration of reserpine failed to influence significantly the reaction of the hypophysio-adrenal system to the immobilization of the animals. The data obtained led to the conclusion that the reactions of the hypothalamus-hypophysis-adrenal cortex system to the stimuli were not strictly determined by any one monoaminergic mechanism of the brain.
本文探讨了在向大鼠脑第三脑室注射介质或其前体时,刺激中枢肾上腺素能、胆碱能、5-羟色胺能和组胺能敏感受体后,垂体-肾上腺系统激活的结果。同时还表明,分别注射α-甲基对酪氨酸或对氯苯丙氨酸后,脑中儿茶酚胺和5-羟色胺合成的抑制,以及注射利血平后单胺组织储备的耗尽,均未显著影响垂体-肾上腺系统对动物固定的反应。所获得的数据得出结论,下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质系统对刺激的反应并非严格由脑中任何一种单胺能机制所决定。
