Autoimmune hepatitis is one of the major etiologies of chronic hepatitis in children. Chronic hepatitis may present with numerous hepatic clinical manifestations, associated with extrahepatic disorders. The etiology is unknown and the disease is characterized by the auto-antibody pattern and the positive response to immunosuppressive treatment.
自身免疫性肝炎是儿童慢性肝炎的主要病因之一。慢性肝炎可能表现出众多肝脏临床表现，并伴有肝外疾病。其病因不明，该疾病以自身抗体模式和对免疫抑制治疗的阳性反应为特征。
