Using anti-M. pneumoniae IgG obtained by immunizing rabbits with whole cell antigen of M. pneumoniae strain FH, we established an ABC-ELISA for detection of M. pneumoniae in simulated positive specimens, ABC-ELISA had a detection limit of 10(4) cfu/ml of specimen. There were no cross-reaction with 4 other species of human mycoplasmas and 12 common species of bacteria in respiratory tract. In 47 patients suspected of being M. pneumoniae infection, we compared the results of ABC-ELISA with the combined results from serodiagnostic methods and M. pneumoniae culture. The coincident rate between them was 80.9%.
用肺炎支原体FH株全菌抗原免疫家兔获得的抗肺炎支原体IgG,建立了用于检测模拟阳性标本中肺炎支原体的ABC - ELISA法,该方法对标本的检测限为10⁴cfu/ml。与其他4种人支原体及呼吸道12种常见细菌无交叉反应。对47例疑似肺炎支原体感染患者,将ABC - ELISA法检测结果与血清学诊断方法及肺炎支原体培养的联合结果进行比较,二者符合率为80.9%。
