[Bony synechia in the vocal process area following translaryngeal endotracheal long term intubation (author's transl)].

The very rare case of a bony synechia of both processus vocales with following vocal fold paralysis is shown by ventilation insufficiency of the larynx as a result of longtime intubation. Great importance is attached to the pathophysiologic mode of origin.
