[Study of the fibrinogen splitting products in the blood plasma in hyperfibrinolysis].

Dependence between the content of fibrinogen splitting products, rate of their formation and activation degree of the fibrinolytic system was studied in human and rabbit blood under conditions of hyperfibrinolysis in the experiments in vitro and in vivo. The effect of proteinases inhibitors on fibrinolysis and fibrinogen splitting products activation with streptokinase was also examined in the in vitro and in vivo experiments.
