The problems of diagnosis and treatment of the disease are analysed basing on the experience with 26 observations of gallbladder cancer. According to the authors' opinion the progress could be achieved only in the complex exploration, including roentgenocontrast examination of biliary passages, duodenography under conditions of artificial hypotension, ultrasonic biolocation of the gallbladder, hepatoscanning, dynamic scannography, selective angiography and combined laparoscopy. As a result of the performed combined laparoscopy cancer of the gallbladder was diagnosed in 11 of 15 examined patients. Recommendations for surgical therapy are given.
基于对26例胆囊癌病例的观察经验，对该疾病的诊断和治疗问题进行了分析。作者认为，只有通过综合检查才能取得进展，包括胆道造影检查、人工低血压条件下的十二指肠造影、胆囊超声生物定位、肝扫描、动态扫描、选择性血管造影和联合腹腔镜检查。在15例接受检查的患者中，通过联合腹腔镜检查确诊了11例胆囊癌。文中给出了手术治疗的建议。
