Higher nervous activity of dogs was studied by classical Pavlovian method of alimentary salivary conditioned reflexes and serotonin content in blood was measured. Kynurenine sulfate in a dose of 300 + 300 mkg (bilaterally) was injected in the dorsal hippocampus region through chemiotrodes. In most cases the injection of the substance led to changes towards excitation (increase of conditioned and unconditioned alimentary salivation in the day of injection and the next day) and also to a rise of serotonin content in animals blood.
采用经典的巴甫洛夫式食物性唾液条件反射方法研究了犬的高级神经活动，并测定了血液中的血清素含量。通过化学微电极在双侧背海马区注射剂量为300 + 300微克的硫酸犬尿氨酸。在大多数情况下，注射该物质会导致向兴奋方向的变化（注射当天及次日条件性和非条件性食物性唾液分泌增加），并且还会导致动物血液中血清素含量升高。
