Abstract

The effects of 5-HTP and pCPA on manually induced ejaculation in dogs and on brain monoamines in dogs and rats were investigated. From the results obtained in this study it was concluded that the serotonergic system in the brain is the mechanism which inhibits the occurrence of ejaculation. Considered together with the results obtained in our previous paper, it is though that ejaculation occurs with the reconciliation of the dopaminergic and serotonergic systems.

研究了5-羟色氨酸(5-HTP)和对氯苯丙氨酸(pCPA)对犬人工诱导射精以及对犬和大鼠脑单胺的影响。从本研究获得的结果得出结论,脑中的5-羟色胺能系统是抑制射精发生的机制。结合我们之前论文获得的结果,认为射精是多巴胺能系统和5-羟色胺能系统协调作用的结果。
