We review to date 20 pelviscopic extirpations of the uterus. This new method of hysterectomy shows some advantages over the common vaginal hysterectomy. Anatomy of the supporting ligaments of the uterus remains the same, recovery from the operation goes quicker. Morbidity rate seems to be less than in the case of vaginal hysterectomy.
我们回顾了迄今为止20例经腹腔镜子宫切除术。这种子宫切除的新方法相较于普通经阴道子宫切除术显示出一些优势。子宫支持韧带的解剖结构保持不变，术后恢复更快。发病率似乎低于经阴道子宫切除术。
