Forty four patients with virus conjunctivitis, keratitis, uveitis and retinitis were treated by acyclovir in tablets--5 times a day 400 mg.; the results were satisfactory. The drug was well tolerated and it could be used also in patients who showed hypersensitivity for acyclovir after ++intra-conjunctival application in the form of ointment.
44例患有病毒性结膜炎、角膜炎、葡萄膜炎和视网膜炎的患者接受了阿昔洛韦片剂治疗，每日5次，每次400毫克；结果令人满意。该药物耐受性良好，对于那些以眼膏形式结膜内应用阿昔洛韦后出现超敏反应的患者也可使用。
