Abstract
Body image, in our consuming societies, became more and more important, and its new modelizations magnified by medias, strike the plastic surgeon with ethic questions. The author analyze the fundamental aspects of ethic in aesthetic surgery and their practical consequences for specialists who wish to practice surgery with the aim to improve physical and psychological comfort of their patients with maximum security.
