In an 82-year-old female diabetic tuberculosis involved the maxilla, zygomatic region, maxillary sinus and facial skin. No other foci of tuberculosis were found in the organism. The diagnosis and treatment are described stressing the extreme rarity of this involvement by tuberculosis.
一名82岁女性糖尿病患者，结核累及上颌骨、颧骨区域、上颌窦及面部皮肤。未在机体其他部位发现结核病灶。本文描述了该病例的诊断与治疗过程，并强调了结核累及上述部位的极端罕见性。
