Abstract

AIM

To study the chemical constituents of Hedysarum polybotrys Hand.-Mazz..

METHODS

The compounds were separated with Sephadex LH-20 and silica gel column chromatography, and their structures were identified on the basis of spectral analysis.

RESULTS

Five compounds were identified as hedysalignan A (1), isoliquiritigenin (2), formononetin (3), calycosin (4) and ononin (5).

CONCLUSION

Hedysalignan (1) is a new compound and the others were obtained from the plant for the first time.

摘要

目的

研究多序岩黄芪的化学成分。

方法

采用葡聚糖凝胶LH-20和硅胶柱色谱法分离化合物,并通过光谱分析鉴定其结构。

结果

鉴定出5个化合物,分别为岩黄芪苷A(1)、异甘草素(2)、芒柄花素(3)、毛蕊异黄酮(4)和鹰嘴豆芽素A(5)。

结论

岩黄芪苷A(1)为新化合物,其余化合物均为首次从该植物中获得。
