Abstract

AIM

To study the chemical constituents of Spatholobus suberectus Dunn.

METHODS

The constituents of Spatholobus suberectus were separated with various chromatographic techniques. The structures were elucidated by physico-chemical properties and spectral data.

RESULTS

Eight compounds were isolated from Spatholobus suberectus Dunn. They were identified as: suberectin (1), formononetin (2), daidzein (3), calycosin (4), pyromucic acid (5), 1,3,5-benzenetriol (6), succinic acid (7) and beta-sitosterol (8).

CONCLUSION

Suberectin is a new compound and characterized as 7,3',4'-trihydroxy-6-methoxy flavanone on the basis of chemical and spectral evidence. Compounds 4, 5, 6 and 7 were obtained from Spatholobus genus for the first time.

研究毛鸡血藤的化学成分。

方法

采用多种色谱技术对毛鸡血藤的成分进行分离。通过理化性质和光谱数据阐明其结构。

结果

从毛鸡血藤中分离得到8个化合物。它们分别被鉴定为:鸡血藤素(1)、芒柄花素(2)、大豆苷元(3)、毛蕊异黄酮(4)、焦黏酸(5)、1,3,5-苯三酚(6)、琥珀酸(7)和β-谷甾醇(8)。

结论

鸡血藤素是一个新化合物,根据化学和光谱证据鉴定其结构为7,3',4'-三羟基-6-甲氧基黄酮。化合物4、5、6和7首次从鸡血藤属植物中获得。
