Pneumatosis intestinalis is the presence of air in a wall of a section of the digestive tract. Portal venous gas is a radiological sign that corresponds to the presence of air in the portal vein. Their association, observed among others in certain pathologies such as the blunt abdominal trauma, endoscopic procedures or anaerobic infections, is a factor of severity.
We report a case of Pneumatosis intestinalis and portal venous gas secondary to uterine gangrene after caesarean operation in a 16 year-old woman.
Diagnosis of Pneumatosis intestinalis in association with portal venous gas is an emergency indication for surgery in the case of septicaemia, although exhibiting a high rate of complications and mortality.
肠壁积气是指消化道某一段肠壁内存在气体。门静脉积气是一种放射学征象,提示门静脉内存在气体。它们的关联,在诸如钝性腹部创伤、内镜操作或厌氧感染等某些病理情况中被观察到,是病情严重程度的一个因素。
我们报告一例16岁女性剖宫产术后因子宫坏疽继发肠壁积气和门静脉积气的病例。
