Abstract
Air- and water-stable chiral catalyst trisoxazolines4-6 /Cu(ClO(4))(2)[middle dot]6H(2)O have been used in the Diels-Alder reaction of cyclopentadiene with acryloyl-2-oxazolidinones or ketoesters. The reaction is carried out in air and up to 82% ee was achieved.
