Ectopic ureters may be difficult to diagnose unless there is high index of suspicion. Examination for continuous dribbling may be difficult in infants who are still using diapers. We are reporting a case of ectopic ureter which was erroneously diagnosed as ureterocele on a cystourethrogram. Further investigations for accurate diagnosis and emerging abnormalities during the course of management are presented in this case report. Review of literature to highlight the various forms of investigations and management are also presented.
异位输尿管可能难以诊断，除非高度怀疑。对于仍使用尿布的婴儿，检查持续性滴尿可能会有困难。我们报告一例异位输尿管病例，其在膀胱尿道造影时被误诊为输尿管囊肿。本病例报告介绍了为准确诊断和在治疗过程中发现新出现的异常情况而进行的进一步检查。还对文献进行了综述，以突出各种检查和治疗方式。
