To introduce a new method for correction of deep nasolabial fold.
From May 1998 to May 2002, 20 patients (aging 32-48 years, female) with deep nasolabial fold were treated with the buried guiding suture appliance and method through oral incision.
All patients recovered without complications, the scar is minimal. Six patients were followed up 6 to 12 months, stable and permanent result was achieved.
This method is simple and reliable for correction of nasolabial fold.
介绍一种矫正鼻唇沟过深的新方法。
1998年5月至2002年5月，对20例（年龄32 - 48岁，女性）鼻唇沟过深患者采用经口腔切口的埋没导引缝合器及方法进行治疗。
所有患者均顺利康复，无并发症，瘢痕极小。6例患者随访6至12个月，效果稳定且持久。
该方法矫正鼻唇沟简单可靠。
