The myocardial contractile function and microcirculation were studied in 39 patients with angina of effort, III-IV FC before and after plasmosorption course treatment in the presence of drug therapy. A positive clinical effect was recorded in 86% of cases that resulted in disappearance of anginal attacks, reduction of antianginal drug therapy in the presence of improved central hemodynamics and increased myocardial contractility and microcirculation.
在药物治疗的基础上，对39例劳力性心绞痛、心功能III-IV级的患者在进行血浆吸附疗程治疗前后的心肌收缩功能和微循环进行了研究。86%的病例出现了积极的临床效果，表现为心绞痛发作消失、抗心绞痛药物治疗减少，同时中心血流动力学改善，心肌收缩力及微循环增强。
