The article presents results of the investigations of faecal elastase I level in patients with different diseases of the pancreas, at different stages of pancreatic insufficiency. On the basis of existing scientific data and own investigations the authors conclude, that determination of faecal elastase 1 level is a high sensitive technique which might be regarded as a "gold" standard in diagnostics of pancreas insufficiency.
本文介绍了对不同胰腺疾病患者在胰腺功能不全不同阶段粪便弹性蛋白酶I水平的研究结果。基于现有科学数据和自身研究，作者得出结论，粪便弹性蛋白酶1水平的测定是一项高灵敏度技术，可被视为诊断胰腺功能不全的“金”标准。
