The purpose of this vivo study was to compare fluoride concentration in saliva of patients treated with fluoride varnish and fluoride solution.
20 5-year-old children were selected and divided into fluoride varnish and fluoride solution groups. The samples of unstimulated whole saliva were collected at base-line before and after 0.25h,0.5h,1h,2h,6h,12h,24h treatment with fluoride varnish and fluoride solution. Saliva fluoride concentrations were measured using an ion-specific electrode.
After 0.25h,0.5h,1h,2h,6h treatment with fluoride varnish, the values of salivary fluoride concentration were higher than baseline,the values of fluoride varnish group were higher than those in fluoride solution group after 0.5h to 6h.
Compared with fluoride solution, fluoride varnish maintained a longer time of high salivary fluoride concentration.
本体内研究的目的是比较用氟化物漆和氟溶液治疗的患者唾液中的氟浓度。
选取20名5岁儿童,分为氟化物漆组和氟溶液组。在使用氟化物漆和氟溶液治疗前的基线以及治疗后0.25小时、0.5小时、1小时、2小时、6小时、12小时、24小时采集未刺激的全唾液样本。使用离子特异性电极测量唾液氟浓度。
用氟化物漆治疗0.25小时、0.5小时、1小时、2小时、6小时后,唾液氟浓度值高于基线,0.5小时至6小时后氟化物漆组的值高于氟溶液组。
与氟溶液相比,氟化物漆能使唾液中高氟浓度维持更长时间。
