Abstract
Cardiovascular autonomic neuropathy is a common complication of diabetes mellitus. There are several diagnostic methods currently used. New techniques are described. The purpose of this review paper is to describe and analyze the clinical relevance of all this methods and propose an algorithm for the diagnosis of the cardiovascular autonomic neuropathy at daily medical practice.
