The pH-independent effect of PPI such as lansoprazole(LPZ) on cell restitution was shown in vitro. After wounding, addition of LPZ significantly promoted the cell restitution rate. While the addition of MEK inhibitor significantly attenuated the cell restitution rate in the LPZ groups, suggesting that mechanism of cell proliferation and migration promoted by LPZ might involve the activation of p44/p42 MAPK.
体外实验表明,兰索拉唑(LPZ)等质子泵抑制剂(PPI)对细胞修复具有不依赖pH的作用。损伤后,添加LPZ可显著提高细胞修复率。而添加MEK抑制剂可显著降低LPZ组的细胞修复率,这表明LPZ促进细胞增殖和迁移的机制可能涉及p44/p42 MAPK的激活。
