Comparative analysis of changes of the external respiration function after cholecystectomy in 92 patients with an acute cholecystitis was done. In 33 patients cholecystectomy was performed, using upper midline access, and in 27--applying miniinvasive subcostal access, in 32--laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Disorders of the external respiration function were the most prominent after performance of open cholecystectomy, and they were minimal--after application of miniinvasive subcostal access.
