Abstract
Using common substitution reactions, several 4-phenyl-delta2-1,2,4-triazoline-5-thione [I] and 4-phenyl-3-(pyridin-3-yl)-delta2-1,2,4-triazoline-5-thione [II] derivatives of 1-substituted-3-R-4-phenyl-delta2-1,2,4-triazoline-5-thione were obtained. These new compounds were screened for their antibacterial activities.

通过常见的取代反应，得到了几种1-取代-3-R-4-苯基-δ2-1,2,4-三唑啉-5-硫酮的4-苯基-δ2-1,2,4-三唑啉-5-硫酮[I]和4-苯基-3-(吡啶-3-基)-δ2-1,2,4-三唑啉-5-硫酮[II]衍生物。对这些新化合物进行了抗菌活性筛选。
